• It is best to schedule your bridal appointments as far in advance as possible. It is also very helpful to assign one person to be the coordinator for your group. This will make things much less complicated for you!
• We normally require trial styles and make-up for the bride. If there are extenuating circumstances, and the trial appointment doesn't fit into the schedule, we require that the bride send us (e-mail or snail mail) a picture of their current hair length from the front, back, and both sides, as well as photos of the ideas she has for her desired wedding day style or up style.
• The bride must also send photos of ideas that she has in mind for her wedding day makeup.
• We recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, allowing us time for checkin, set up any food and drinks brought in for the day, and to have a brief consultation prior to beginning the appointment. We understand that time is of the essence and we do not want our bridal guests to feel rushed in any way.
• For wedding up styles, it is best to wash your hair the night prior to your appointment, making sure to rinse the hair well. At-home products should not be used before your appointment.
• Wear a button front shirt!!!
• We will provide all bobby pins and small elastics, but if there are particular pins, clips, hair pieces, or a veil that you wish to incorporate, please bring those for both your trial run and wedding day appointments.
• For those in the wedding party who are going to have makeup applied, please cleanse your face prior to the appointment.

• There will be a minimum charge of $500 for off-site (venue, etc.) wedding parties
• Prices may vary for "at salon before and after hours" if less than a $500 wedding party charge
• Please let us know ahead of time if the bride or any other wedding party members need eye lashes
• Bride's make-up includes her lip color for the big day

PAYMENT

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to be paid on the day that the reservations are made for your wedding party. This must be paid on a valid credit card. Studio 206 accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. The wedding party coordinator will be responsible for making the payment and separating out the costs to individual bridal party members. The remaining 50% of the total charges will be due 15 days prior to the wedding day. We will accept cash, check, or credit card for this portion of the payment. Any cancellations or "no show" appointments, without a 15 day notice, will be charged in full. Refunds will not be made.
